Stress can be hard to deal with & it also might give you a headache.Try to focus on your favorite person in your family and pretend that you & that person are the only people there.If you get a headache @ school you might want to tell the teacher.

Well as you know stage fright can sometimes be stressful trust me I had to sing a song in front of almost the entire school solo I was so nerveos and,your stage fright might just be you telling yourself you can't do it.Never say you can't because you know you can trust me I got an very loud applouse from from everyone and never forget you can!
